1. Overview

Chip Manager ("the Service") is a business tool for poker tournament operating companies to record chip issuance, returns, and inventory. It is provided as a web app and an iOS app, and is used by subscribed operating companies ("organizations") and their staff.

2. Information we collect

• Account information — staff display name, series ID, password (stored hashed), and the administrator's email address.
• Operation records — event schedules, chip configurations and inventory, chip movement logs, and the recorder's display name.
• Photos — photos of physical chips, only when a user chooses to register them. Camera and photo library access happens only for this purpose, on user action.

We do not collect location, contacts, or advertising identifiers. There is no tracking, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs.

3. How we use it

Collected information is used solely to provide the Service: storing, sharing, and aggregating chip operation records within an organization, generating reports, and authenticating accounts.

4. Storage and sharing

Data is stored in a cloud database (Supabase), isolated per organization, and accessible only to that organization's accounts. We do not sell or share data with third parties except as required by law.

5. Data management and deletion

Staff accounts are created, deactivated, and deleted by the organization's administrator in the web admin portal. To request deletion of an organization's data (including records and photos), contact your organization's administrator or reach us at the address below.
